This is my go to chicken soup recipe. It's a nice break from the bean and lentil soups I usually make. It's also higher in protein than those.
2 medium chicken breast, diced
1/2 onion, chopped
2 carrots, chopped
2 celery stalks, chopped
4 oz mushrooms
4 cloves garlic, sliced
2 cups chicken bone broth
1 tsp curry powder
1/2 tsp turmeric
1 tbsp Italian seasoning
1 tsp dried parsley
3/4 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp pink Himalayan salt
Add all ingredients to a slow cooker. Cook for 6 - 7 hours on low.
