Gluten Free Egg Free Meatballs

This is my new go to seasoning for meatballs. I've used it with ground turkey, beef and chicken. They all came out good. 1 - 1 1/2 lbs ground meat of choice 1 TBS olive oil 1/4 cup ground flaxseed 1 tsp italian seasoning 1/2 tsp garlic powder 1/2 tsp onion powder 1 1/2 tsp dried parsley 1/2 tsp salt 1/4 tsp black pepper Preheat oven to 425. Cover a baking sheet with parchment paper or non-stick cooking spray. Combine the flaxseed, italian seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, parsley, salt and pepper. Drizzle the olive oil over the meat. Add the seasonings to the ground meat and mix well. Roll into balls or use a scooper and put onto the baking sheet. Bake for 15 minutes. Broil for 2 minutes. Add to sauce of choice and heat an additional few minutes.
