Parsley Potatoes

I made these for my son's graduation party. They were really good! 5 lbs red potatoes 5 tbs butter 2 1/2 tsp dried parsley 1/4 tsp onion powder 1/4 tsp garlic powder 1 1/4 tsp salt 1 1/4 tsp black pepper Cut potatoes into chunks. Cover with cold water. Bring to a boil and cook for 10 - 15 minutes until tender. Drain and add to a pan with the butter. Mix together the parsley, salt and pepper.
