Hot Chocolate For One

I have a hard time finding hot cocoa mix without unhealthy ingredients, so I came up with this recipe, which I adapted from this recipe. My recipe uses coconut sugar as the main sweetener. Coconut sugar is low glycemic meaning it won't spike your blood sugar like regular sugar.

2/3 cup milk
1/3 cup water
2 - 3 tsp coconut sugar
4 - 4 1/2 teaspoons cocoa powder
dash salt
1⁄4 teaspoon vanilla extract
dash cinnamon, optional
squirt of honey

Add milk and water to a microwave safe mug for 2 - 2 1/2 minutes. Add coconut sugar, cocoa powder, salt, vanilla and honey. Stir until melted.
