The Instacart delivery person brought stew meat instead of steak. I came across this recipe at https://www.livestrong.com/article/434648-what-can-i-cook-with-a-pound-of-stew-beef-besides-stew/ when trying to figure out what to make with it. This came out well and was kid approved.
1 - 2 lbs stew meat 1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
1 TBS ketchup
Cut meat into chunks and add to slow cooker. Add the rest of the ingredients and cook on low 6 - 7 hours.
