Baked Gluten Free Ground Turkey Meatballs



I made these gluten free ground turkey meatballs for dinner. They were quick, easy and tasted good!
This is a smaller batch adapted from this recipe. It made 14 meatballs.

1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/3 cup flax seed
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon dried basil
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt, optional
1/2 pound 93% lean ground turkey
1 egg
spaghetti sauce, optional
noodles, optional


Preheat oven to 375 F.
In a large bowl, combine the parmesan cheese, flax seed, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, basil, paprika, black pepper and egg. Add the ground turkey. Mix well.
Scoop into balls and place on a baking sheet.
Bake for 15 - 20 minutes.
Serve over noodles and sauce if desired, just sauce or eat plain.
