I made this chocolate chip cookie in a mug recipe last night and it was fantastic! It's definitely going to be my go to recipe for a chocolate chip cookie when I don't have time to make a whole batch of cookies. The butter gives this a real cookie flavor. I modified this recipe to make the following:
2 TBS butter, melted
1/4 cup flour
1 TBS brown sugar or coconut sugar
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp vanilla 2 TBS milk
3 TBS chocolate chips
Add the butter to a mug. Put in the microwave and cook for 30 seconds. Add flour, brown sugar, baking powder, salt and cinnamon to the mug. Mix well. Add the milk and chocolate chips. Stir. Put in the microwave and cook for 1 minute 15 seconds.
Let cool and enjoy.
