I made this chicken barbecue recipe a few weeks ago. It's modified from this recipe to use less sugar.
1 1/2 tablespoons olive oil
3/4 tsp onion powder
3/4 tsp garlic powder
3/4 tsp black pepper
5 tablespoons ketchup
1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon brown sugar
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
1 lb chicken thighs
Preheat the oven to 425 F.
Place the chicken thighs in a casserole dish and drizzle with olive oil.
In a small bowl, combine the onion powder, garlic powder, black pepper, ketchup, honey, brown sugar and apple cider vinegar. Spoon over the chicken.
Bake for about 45 minutes or until a thermometer reads 180.
