Baked Rosemary Chicken

This recipe is adapted from this Rachael Ray recipe. It was really good!

3 chicken thighs
2 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 tsp dried rosemary
2 Tbs olive oil
1 tsp lemon juice
1/4 tsp poultry seasoning
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/4 cup water


Preheat oven to 450 degrees F.
Add all ingredients except the chicken to a baking dish. Stir and add the chicken, tossing to coat.
Bake for 40 - 45 minutes.
