Chicken Nuggets

This recipe is adapted from a chicken nuggets recipe in Simple and Delicious, October/November 2018 issue, pg. 18. My fussy eating kids approved this recipe.

1/2 cup flour
2 tsp seasoned salt
1/2 tsp poultry seasoning
1/2 tsp paprika
1/4 garlic powder
1/2 tsp black pepper
2 lbs boneless chicken breasts
olive oil


Combine the flour, seasoned salt, poultry seasoning, paprika, garlic powder, and black pepper.
Cut chicken into chunks. Add to the flour mixture and coat.
In a large skillet, cook the chicken in the oil until the meat is no longer pink, about 6 - 10 minutes.
