Kielbasa Skillet

Here's a really good, fast skillet recipe I made last night:

8 oz penne pasta
1 lb fully cooked kielbasa sliced lengthwise and cut into 1/4 inch pieces
1 4 oz can sliced mushrooms, drained
1 tbs olive oil
1 tbs cornstarch
1 1/2 cups milk
1 can peas
1/8 tsp pepper
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Cook pasta according to package directions.
In a large skillet saute the sausage and mushrooms in olive oil.
Combine cornstarch and milk until smooth; gradually add to the skillet. Bring to a boil; cook and stir for 2 minutes or until thickened. Add peas and pepper. Drain pasta; add to sausage mixture. Stir in cheese; cook until cheese is melted.
