I put together this pasta dish for my picky eaters. I didn't make it gluten free, I couldn't eat it, but they enjoyed it.
2 cups pasta shells
olive oil
1 small can V-8 or 1/2 cup water
1 1/2 cups pasta sauce, I used Ragu's Simply Traditional sauce
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp Italian seasoning
1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
Cook the noodles according to the package. Drain and rinse.
Drizzle with olive oil and add the V-8 juice (or water), pasta sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, Italian seasoning, mozzarella cheese and parmesan cheese. Mix well and cook until heated through, about 8 - 10 minutes.
